the National Flour Mills (NFM) brand. This, however, is currently
being replaced by the Bustan brand name. Under Bustan, Al
Ghurair Foods markets Pasta, Oils, Legumes, Eggs, and Flour.
With strong marketing support behind each category, the Bustan
brand enjoys instant recognition and an association with high
quality.
Flour consumer packs also sell under the Bustan brand name.
The consumer packs are available in four flour types: All
Purpose, Chapati, Whole meal, and Cake Mix. The packs are
available in 1, 2, and 5kg sizes.
